Jaitley says IT raids conducted only on the basis of material evidence, no political vendetta

Opposition Parties criticized the rampant IT raids and said that the BJP is conducting it out of political vendetta. Finance Minister, Arun Jaitley refuted the accusations and said that raids were conducted only if material evidence was available. The raids did result in the uncovering of crores of undeclared income and illegally derived money which indicates that they were carried on based on some true information.
