After a change in the political climate of Jammu and Kashmir owing to the revoking of Article 370, people are still in uncertainty. Following 15 days of curfew, primary schools were reopened in the valley with efforts to bring back normalcy in Jammu and Kashmir. While teachers were seen going back to the schools, parents are sceptical about sending their children. Many parents feel that things haven’t settled down and there is unrest due to which they don’t want their children to go out. Others are fearful of the safety and security of their children. Around 190 schools and government offices have been opened and gradually the rest will be opened in phases.
