National Mission For Clean Ganga Priorities Cleaning Tributaries Holy Ganga River
Ganga is the sacred river, the National Mission for Clean Ganga has take initiative to clean the tributaries of Ganga river. At the initial stage the main stream of Ganga will be cleaned along with the towns where river flows through are on priority basis.
About 7000 crore is sanctioned and 39 projects are to be completed under the NMCG to clean the pollution from Ganga river.
