Congress And NCP Did Not Submit Letter Of Support To Shiv Sena

While Shiv Sena was trying build the government with the support from the Congress and NCP was unable to show the letter of support. Sonia Gandhi and Sharad Pawar had a long discussion about the future extension of their support.
Shiv Sena was suppose to show their requisite letter of support from the NCP and Congress by the Tuesday Morning but was unable; that led to no formation of the Maharashtra Government by the majority winner after BJP.
