No evidence against Nana Patekar in Tanushree Dutta’s sexual harassment allegation
The Mumbai Police has decided to close Tanushree Dutta’s sexual harassment allegation case against Nana Patekar on the ground of finding no evidence against him. The Police has decided to file a B summary report in order to discontinue investigation as it has been unable to gather any evidence. Dutta’s lawyer has said that the Police have not communicated their decision officially to them. He added that if the decision was true then Dutta would continue to fight and demand the reasons for closure. Tanushree Dutta had filed a complaint against Patekar almost a year back claiming that he touched her inappropriately despite her denial to dance steps that she was not comfortable with.
