Parliament News: Aadhar Card As Identity Proof For Mobile Connections And Open bank Accounts
The parliament has passed the amendment bill on Aadhar Card that can be used as an identity proof for open new bank accounts and Mobile connections. The bill was passed on Monday though few political parties has opposed the passing of the bill as updated in parliamentary news.
Aadhar card has the vital information on bank details, credentials and the biometrics that can be stolen causing damages on voluntarily uses of Aadhar card. Apart from the Parliament news the IT Information Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said the privacy security is strong enough to safeguard the information.
