PM Modi in Varanasi to launch membership and tree plantation drives
On the occasion of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee’s birth anniversary, PM Modi is all set to launch a BJP party membership drive in Varanasi, the constituency from which he won. The drive will include an address from the PM and an unveiling of the statue of Lal Bahadur Shastri. Apart from the membership drive, there will be a tree plantation drive where 27 lakh saplings will be planted in Varanasi. The PM has also instructed all the party offices across the country to plant at least 5 trees in their buildings in order to be a part of the mission.
