PM Modi says there is no ‘Hindu Terror’ in history
In a rally in Maharashtra’s Wardha, PM Modi said that there had been no instances of terror instigated by Hindus, claimed a complete absence of ‘Hindu Terror’ and ‘conveniently’ quoted the Samjhauta Express case as an example which was not well received by the people and faced backlash on Twitter. As far as history is concerned, Hindus have been involved in acts of violence be it against members of their own or other communities. While we expect the bad committed by a few not to be generalized, the same should hold water for the good.
