Priyanka Gandhi wishes ‘Nauroz Mubarak’ to Kashmiris

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra was trolled on social media for her tweet wishing the Kashmiris ‘Nauroz Mubarak‘ which in fact refers to the Iranian New Year. She seems to have confused the Kashmiri Pandit’s new year ‘Navreh’ with ‘Nauroz’ which placed her at the receiving end of flak. However, a few twitteratis acknowledged her genuine gestures but it is important to be factually correct when one is a public figure.
