Slow but peaceful polling across 11 states so far; EVM glitches in Bengal, Assam

The stage is set for the second phase of the Lok Sabha election 2019, with a total of 95 constituencies in 11 states going to poll today. States which are voting for Phase 2 Lok Sabha Election are Assam, Bihar, Jammu and Kashmir, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Manipur, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Bengal, Chhattisgarh and Union Territory Puducherry.
