The Supreme Court reacted to a plea seeking an immediate lift on the curfew imposed in Jammu and Kashmir after the revoking of Article 370. The Supreme Court said that no immediate orders will be issued to the Centre and State to lift curfew and further action will be taken only after analysing the stability and normalcy in the land. The Supreme Court said that the government must be given some time to ensure that the areas function normally. As of now, curfew has been lifted completely in 5 districts and people have made thousands of calls to their family members living in the rest of the country.
