The Ayodhya Land Dispute pertaining to the Ram Mandir and Babri Masjid will be heard by the Supreme Court on a day to day basis beginning from August 6. This judgement followed the Supreme Court declaring that the Meditation Panel failed to come to a resolution. The three-member Meditation Panel was set up to probe the dispute and come to a decisive conclusion but it failed to do so. CJI Ranjan Gogoi said that the case will now have to be heard by the Supreme Court. The public on Twitter has requested the Supreme Court to grant permission for the live telecast of the hearing as it will be a landmark judgement in Indian History.
