Tata Power Bags India’s Largest Solar EPC Order Of 1,000 MW, Company To Use India Made Cells And Modules

Tata Power Solar, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Power, bagged India’s largest single solar EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) order of 1,000 MW from SJVN Ltd. Covering over 5,000 acres of land in Rajasthan, this project aims at reducing around 22.8 lakh kg of carbon emission and is expected to generate about 2,500 million units annually.
