UN Verdict On Navy Officer Kulbhushan Jadav Death Sentence Should Be Suspended
UN’s Verdict has been announced on behalf of reviewing the case of Kulbhushan Jadav. Internationals Court of Justice (ICJ) suggested to review the death sentence of Kulbhushan Jadhav, consular access provided to the retired Indian Navy Officer.
Pakistan violated the Vienna convention, denied the consular access of the navy officer after the judgement closed in an absurd trials.
