UP ATS arrested 2 men from Delhi named Umar & Jahangir for mass conversion racket.
1.Racket involved in conversion of deaf children & women.
2.Racket was being funded from abroad.
3.They ran an organization named Islamic Dawa Centre.
4.Umar himself converted a few years back.
