US And Indian Forces On Board Of Tiger TRIUMPH To Be Held In Visakhapatnam
The Tiger TRIUMPH will be held for nine days and about 1200 Indian soldiers will be participating in the exercise and 500 US marines, sailors and airmen will be present.
The Tiger TRIUMPH is to develop the Indian soldiers, their technicalities to fight against terrorism and catastrophe remedy capabilities. The training will for both the crews of US and India, they will operate, educate about the different sectors and arms, including aviation, marine and land arms. The naval training will be on the sea to know about the other’s tactics, strategies and procedures. The UNS Jalashwa, USS Germantown, INS Airavat, and a survey vessel in a hospital ship role will be taking part in Tiger TRIUMPH.
