Yogi Adityanath Orders No Public Animal Sacrifice, No Road Namaz Ahead of Bakrid in UP
Ahead of Eid al-Adha (Bakrid), CM Yogi Adityanath has issued strict statewide directives aimed at maintaining law and order across Uttar Pradesh. The Uttar Pradesh government has instructed authorities to ensure that no public animal sacrifice takes place in open areas and that roads are not blocked for namaz prayers during the festival.
Officials have also been directed to monitor sensitive areas, regulate crowd management and take action against violations of government guidelines. The administration says the measures are intended to maintain public convenience, cleanliness and communal harmony during Eid celebrations.
