ACTOR SHAHRUKH KHAN WAS SLAPPED WITH 2ND SUMMONS BY ENFORCEMENT DIRECTORATE IN SIX MONTHS

ED (Enforcement Directorate) for the second time in six months has slapped a summons notice to Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan in connection with alleged undervaluation of shares of the KKR (IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders and this could have violated FEMA – the Foreign Exchange Management Act. In 2011, Shah Rukh was quizzed or allegations that KKR had received illegal money transferred from certain foreign tax havens.
