AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL LIKE OTHER FOREIGN NGOS CROCODILE TEARS ABOUT INDIAN JUDICIAL & LEGAL PROCESS
Amnesty says – “With AFSPA, India has failed statute. It goes on – “Army can kill anyone on mere suspicion”, both are totally untrue statements. India has due legal process which is generally followed even if things take time. In non-developed countries, once a volatile situation is under control, NGOs such as Amnesty appear, inspect and inquire about the human rights violation by the armed forces. What about those in-numerous soldiers who die while protecting the citizens of the nation? What about their rights?
