Recent campaigns were organized by the brothers Amit Deshmukh and Riteish Deshmukh for the Assembly polls. Amit Deshmukh from Congress party has contested from and won the Latur constituency in Maharashtra.
Amit Deshmukh is the son of Ex-CM of Maharashtra, Late Vilasrao Deshmukh, and brother of Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh. Riteish Deshmukh posted after winning Latur constituency in Twitter “ We did it PAPPA!! @AmitV_Deshmukh wins Latur (city) by 42000+ votes.
