Dharma Means to Punish The Guilty... So Why the Wait?

To follow Dharma means to do the right thing regardless of the result. There are many clear cases of massive corruption  with adequate evidence of potential wrongdoing. Two examples include the allotment of prime five acres along the Gurugram-Faridabad Highway to the Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust (RGCT) in Haryana by the previous Congress government. The trust is headed by Congress president Sonia Gandhi and other family members. The second case is the National Herald case in which corruption of more than 5,000 crores is alleged and there is ample evidence. So why are the NDA governments not taking the case forward? Are we not guided by dharma?
