Didn’t Recommend Scrapping AFSPA In Congress Security Doctrine says Lt General DS Hooda

Lt. General(Retd) has said that his national security doctrine to Congress does not propose scrapping the controversial Armed Forces Special Powers Act. DS Hooda, the hero of the Surgical Strike, said that in my report there is no mention of AFSPA nor any mention of the number of soldiers needed in the Kashmir Valley.
