FIRST EVER M.Phil in HINDI AWARDED BY PAKISTANI UNIVERSITY … AND SHORTAGE OF HINDI EXPERTS IN PAKISTAN
Firstly, our congratulations to Shahin Zafar, the first student from a Pakistani university to receive an M.Phil degree in Hindi, and he may help fill the void of shortage of Hindi experts. But what happen in Pakistan, as at least till independence there were lots of both Hindi speakers and experts?
