Kuldeep Singh Sengar accused of murdering Unnao victim’s father
Kuldeep Singh Sengar, the primary accused in the Unnao Rape Case was framed by a Delhi court along with nine others in the murder of the victim’s father. The Delhi court was also told by the victim’s counsel that the CBI was biased and did not reveal findings of Sengar and his brother in the murder case. Following this, the Delhi Court has ordered an in-camera trial for witnesses who would be assured of safety and anonymity. Justice must be meted out to the victim not only for the trauma she went through but also for the loss and threats faced by her family.
