OUR PM SAYS “BIHARIS MOST INTELLIGENT’ – AND WE AGREE

Bihar (the state of Nalanda University) was the center of learning for centuries in history. Since independence, it was part of the “Bimaru” states an abusive word termed by vested interests including political parties to keep Bihar and other states from advancing. So we agree with our PM that Biharis are intelligent and will make wise personal and political decisions.
