BJP government in Chhattisgarh from January 1st, 2016 made mandatory to have roof-top solar power plants mandatory on ALL NEW buildings government, semi-government establishments and institutional bodies. Other BJP will follow. This is likely to bring about a solar energy revolution. Each solar unit would generate between 10-50KW, and collectively in Chattisgarh itself would generate over 200 MW which is more than the current energy needs. Pretty amazing and so green …
